Teenage defender, also at home in a midfielder, who joined the Pitmen on a permanent basis in July 2010 after initially joining the club on work experience from Coca Cola League Two side Crewe Alexandra in January 2010

A talented and controlled centre back, Dunkley joined Crewe as a fourteen year old, working his way through the Alex Academy sides to make a handful of appearances for the reserve team during the 2008-2009 season

Joined the Pitmen early on in 2010 on a work experience placement, the final signing of Simon Line's tenure before resigning. His spell at Keys Park was a huge success, as Dunkley played a pivotal role in the Pitmen's fantastic upturn in form, scoring twice in his final game at Leamington

He returned to Crewe in mid-March 2010, but was loaned back to the Pitmen a month later after injury to Decio Gomes saw Bernard McNally request Dunkley's presence to cover for the big defender's injury. He was once again instrumental in the Pitmen's surge towards the play off places, as McNally's team eventually finished fourth. Injury kept Dunkley out of the semi final defeat to Chippenham Town, with the youngster returning to Crewe

Despite making an impact at Keys Park, it was not enough to earn Dunkley or fellow Hednesford loanee Chris Clements a new deal at Crewe, with both players surprisingly released in May 2010. Many Hednesford supporters were hopeful of a return for the teenager to The Keys, but were greeted with news in July 2010 that Dunkley had joined Blue Square Bet North side AFC Telford United on trial. He played in the 2-0 defeat to Welsh Premier League side TNS, but was not involved in the Bucks' second friendly against Market Drayton Town

Instead, much to the delight of the Pitmen, he agreed to return to Keys Park on a one year deal, which saw him blossom into a cultured, professional centre back alongside Ben Bailey, Liam Francis and Decio Gomes. Despite a number of interested parties, Dunkley linked up with the Pitmen again for pre-season training in the summer of 2011. Cheyenne's ability at the back has seen him become the club's key man in defence, following the departure of Pedro Monteiro
