Young left sided defender who joined the Pitmen in January 2012 after a short spell at Blue Square Bet Premier side Barrow

A local lad who was originally part of Tamworth's youth set-up, he joined local rivals Burton Albion back in 2007. After progressing to the first team, he made two substitute appearances for the Brewers towards the end of the 2008-2009 season - the year Burton clinched promotion to the Football League

After leaving Burton in the summer of 2009, the teenager made a move across the Atlantic, joining up with Davenport University for a few months to play college football. He returned to England in the summer of 2010, and went on to trial for Swindon Town as part of the Samsung 'Win A Pro Contract' competition

In November 2011, he joined Southern League Division One high-flyers St. Neots Town, making his debut in a 7-0 rout of Chertsey Town. he went on to play only one more game for St. Neots, before being handed a trial at Barrow. He failed to make an impact in Cumbria, and returned to the Midlands to join the Pitmen ahead of their league trip to FC United of Manchester
